ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE – EMART BINTULU

Responsibilities

To handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of monthly accounts.
Support daily accounts matters and monthly closing accounts.
Familiarize with general ledger and journal entries when liaising with external parties such as tax agents, auditors and bankers.
To assist and prepare ad-hoc financial report data for analysis purpose (if any)

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years working experience in Accounting field.
Good in communication skill, teamwork, problem solving and time management.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to the baking team, including bakers and assistants.
Develop and communicate production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of baked goods.
Train, mentor and supervise baking staff to maintain good standard of quality, consistency and productivity.
Develop and refine baking recipes to create high-quality, delicious baked goods that meet customer expectations and market demands.
Establish and enforce quality control procedures to maintain the freshness, taste, texture, and appearance of baked goods.
Oversee the maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of baking equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Train staff on proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop promotional strategies, seasonal offerings, and special event menus.

At least 5 years of experience working as a baker or pastry chef, preferably in progressively responsible roles
