Program

Youth Leadership Camp

The Youth Leadership Camp, a cornerstone of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, epitomizes Emart’s mission to foster youth empowerment. With over 100 camps annually held across various schools in Malaysia, our aim is to expand our reach to encompass Sabah and West Malaysia in the coming years.

This social welfare activity is designed to equip young minds with essential skills and knowledge, nurturing them to become future leaders. We firmly believe that by providing this training course, we are fulfilling our responsibility to educate and empower the youth, ensuring they thrive in an ever-changing world.

Employee Volunteerism

As part of our dedication to fostering robust communities, volunteering holds significant importance. Our employees will take the lead in conducting training sessions and organizing team-building events consistently throughout the year.

Among these initiatives are various staff volunteering training programs, including The Power of Backbone, Leadership Camp and Transformation, 6 Endeavors Method, and others, all aimed at educating our staff on the importance of their roles in contributing and volunteering within the team.

Charitable & Society Program

Emart Group proudly fosters a culture of compassion and social responsibility through various initiatives. Our Staff Love Program supports employee well-being and community engagement, including visits to elderly and OKU individuals. Additionally, our Youth Leadership Camp and Children Incentive Scheme encourage academic excellence and community involvement among the younger generation.

Environmental

Environmental efforts undertaken by Emart Group include engages in environmental preservation efforts by implementing various initiatives, including strengthening workspace environmental regulations and standards, organizing beach and park cleaning programs, and implementing waste reduction and recycling programs, among others.
